Antipasto Salad

Recipe type: Salad
- Chopped lettuce (about 1 cup per person)
- Pepperoni slices
- Deli ham slices, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Red onion, chopped or sliced thinly
- Tomato, chopped
- Mushroom, chopped or sliced thinly
- Bell pepper, chopped or sliced thinly
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Italian dressing (use your favorite kind, we used Ken’s Italian Dressing)
- Spread lettuce out onto a platter. (Remember, I like my salads on platters, because I think they're prettier that way.)
- Top with the lettuce with the additional ingredients. Serve the dressing on the side to allow everyone to use their desired amount.
