A delicious salad topped with your favorite pizza toppings!

Ingredients
  • Chopped lettuce (about 1 cup per person)
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Deli ham slices, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Red onion, chopped or sliced thinly
  • Tomato, chopped
  • Mushroom, chopped or sliced thinly
  • Bell pepper, chopped or sliced thinly
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Italian dressing (use your favorite kind, we used Ken’s Italian Dressing)
Instructions
  1. Spread lettuce out onto a platter. (Remember, I like my salads on platters, because I think they're prettier that way.)
  2. Top with the lettuce with the additional ingredients. Serve the dressing on the side to allow everyone to use their desired amount.
