Grilled Marinated Pork Chops

A juicy and flavorful boneless pork chop grilled to perfection!

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger
  • 4 boneless, center cut pork chops (bone-in is fine too)
Instructions
  1. Whisk the bourbon, orange juice, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over the pork chops. Be sure the pork chops get coated on each side. Cover the bowl and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Grill the marinated pork chops on medium-high heat until the pork in cooked through. Turn over halfway through cook time. Discard any remaining marinade.
  4. Serve the pork chops with your favorite side dish such as: Mac and Cheese.
