Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Blondies

- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 1 and ½ cups old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
- ¾ cup raisins
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup peanut butter chips
- Start by creaming the butter, brown sugar, and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Stir until combined. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the raisins, white chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.
- Spread the Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Blondie batter into a greased 9 inch x 13 inch rectangle cake baking pan.
- Bake the blondies on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan on a cooling rack.
- Cut the Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Blondies into squares and just try to stay out of them…I dare you!
