The fabulous flavors of oatmeal-raisin cookies in blondie form! Just try to stay out of these blondies...I dare you!

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 and ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 and ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
  1. Start by creaming the butter, brown sugar, and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Stir until combined. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir to combine.
  3. Fold in the raisins, white chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.
  4. Spread the Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Blondie batter into a greased 9 inch x 13 inch rectangle cake baking pan.
  5. Bake the blondies on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
  6. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan on a cooling rack.
  7. Cut the Oatmeal-Raisin Cookie Blondies into squares and just try to stay out of them…I dare you!
